Performance characteristics:
1 The hydraulic cone crusher adopts the theory of inter-particle lamination to design special crushing cavity, with the relative rotating speed for greatly increasing crushing rate and output. The cube content of finished product is also increased.
2 The hydraulic cone crusher has the advantages of such as hydraulic protection, hydraulic cleaning cavity and high automation degree. When this crusher has the situations of through-iron or instant stuff car, it could hydraulic pressure top and automatically discharge. So it does not need to stop for cultivated discharge as the old spring cone crusher. It is more convenient to maintain and the cost is lower.
3 The crushing wall and rolling mortar are made of high wear resistance material. Additionally the change of crushing cavity shape and protection of bed while laminated crushing reduce the wearing. The use life of quick-wear part is longer than the one which has old structure.
